You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

- Wait for confirmation before sending anything back
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo. We’ll resolve it at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order once approved.
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet standard return conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
